Sinking Lure (Requirements-20 rupees) As adult Link, go to the fishing pond in Lake Hylia. Rent a fishing rod from the owner, and walk out to the pond. You can snag a sinking lure that the fish bite like crazy. It randomly appears in three different locations. All you have to do is run into it. You can't get it by casting.
1. At the mouth of the little stream by the rock that are underwater.
2. On the right side of the farhtest right rock near the opening of the little stream.
3. On top of the log near the middle of the pond.
Walk Up Walls (Requirements-None) As child Link, go to Hyrule Castle. Go to the dead end sign that is just before one of the Great Fairies. To the left of the sign there is a corner in the wall. Stand directly in front of the line on the corner. If you walk strait on the line and go slowly enough, you will be able to walk up the corner.
Free Fairies (Requirements-At Least One Ocarina Song) You can get free Fairies anytime you want if you just play a song in front of a Gossip Stone. If you play either Zelda's Lullabye, Epona's Song, or others, you can get a Fairy like the ones in the Fairy Fountains. If you play the Song of Storms, you can get a big Fairy that fills your life and magic.
Gold Skulltula Glitch (Requirements-Boomerang) You can get more than 100 Gold Skulltulas! All you have to do is find a Gold Skulltula that is in an underground grotto. (The best one for this trick is the one by the tree near the place where you first met Talon.) Defeat the Gold Skulltula and z-target the token. Stand as close as you can to the white circle that takes you out of the hole. (Just DON'T TOUCH IT!) Throw your boomerang at the token. As soon as the boomerang catches the token, back up onto the white circle. On your quest status screen it will show that you got the token, but if you go back in the grotto the Gold Skulltula will still be there! You can repeat this process as many times as you want!
Steal the Pond Owner's Hat (Requirements-20 rupees) Go to the Fishing Pond in Lake Hylia. Rent the fishing pole from the Pond Owner. Stand in front of the counter in a perfectly strait line with his hat. (You don't have to stand very far away from him.) Cast at his head. If you get a direct hit in the middle of his head, you will snag his hat on your lure! If you lose it in the pond he will make you pay him 50 rupees though.
Invisible Hat (Requirements-Pond Owner's Hat) Once you have the Pond Owners hat, go to one of the places where the sinking lure is located. (See Sinking Lure above) When you pick it up the hat will dissapear! Go to the Pond Owner and say that you'll give him back his hat. The hat will appear again on his head!
Laser Pointer (Requirements-Hookshot) This trick makes it look like Link is carrying around a laser pointer. Press the C button that your hookshot is on. Now hold Z to change the view. Keep holding Z and then press R. That's all there is to it!
Shield Trick (Requirements-Deku Shield, Hylian Shield) As child Link, equip your Deku shiled. Hold R and pause the game. Keep holding R and equip the Hylian shield. Unpause the game and keep holding R. Link will be in the position that he is in while holding the Deku shield, but the Deku shield is gone! You can do the same trick with the Hylian shield, but this time he will be standing a little bit above the ground!
Invisible Ocarina (Requirements-Ocarina) Pause the game and go to the "Quest Status" screen. Put the cursor on one of the gray musical notes, like the one for Zelda's Lulabye. Press A and wait for the song to start playing. As soon as the song starts, hold up on the joystick. When the song play through once, the cursor will start to move up. Start pressing a bunch of the C buttons and A really fast. You will hear the ocarina, but the ocarina isn't equipped! You can unpause the game and play the ocarina while you're walking around and stuff. You can stop it by going into a different room, or by playing the ocarina the regular way.
Happy Masks (Requirements-Keaton Mask) These are the people that you have to sell the different masks to.
1. Keaton Mask-Sell it to the guard at the gate to Death Mountain Trail
2. Skull Mask-Sell it to the Skull Kid in the Lost Woods. You have to stand on the stump in front of him and play Saria's Song with the mask on.
3. Spooky Mask-Sell it to the kid in the Graveyard.
4. Bunny Mask-Sell it to the marathon man in Hyrule Field. Walk down the path on the right side of Lon Lon Ranch. You will see him jogging down the path. Follow him and talk to him when he stops.
Beat the Marathon Runner (Requirements-Epona) I haven't been albe to do this myself, so I'm not totally positive that it works. Leave Epona outside of the tent in Gerudo Valley, in a place where she'll be easy to mount as soon as you run out of the tent. Talk to the Marathon Runner in the tent. Run out and mount Epona as fast as you can. Run to the bridge in the Lost Woods and get there in less than a minute.
