When you just walk into the Forest Temple, you will be in a small room that looks like a field. Defeat the
two Wolfos in the room. Now notice a tree on the left side of the room that has one of its branches
extending over the door in front of you. You can get on top of the branch by climbing up the vines on the right wall.
Once you are standing on top of it, look to your left. You will see a small
chest standing on the top of the tree. Walk over to the chest and open it to receive a small key. Now jump
down from the tree to the door. Enter the door. Walk down the hallway but watch out because a Skulltula
will jump down on you. Walk until you come to a door at the end of the hall. Enter the door. Walk
forward a little and you will see a movie showing the four Poe Sisters leaving the room with different
colored torches. Now walk to the square in the middle of the room where you saw the Poe Sisters. From
there go to the left and you will come to a strange block that looks like the one in the Temple of Time.
Stand in front of it and play the Song of Time to reveal a door. Enter the door. Walk to your right and you
will see some vines climbing up and wall with some Skulltulas hanging onto it. Use your hookshot to
defeat as many of them as you can. Climb up the vines until you get to a doorway in the wall. Get into the
doorway and go to the door. Enter the door. Defeat all of the enemies in this room to make a large chest
appear. Open the cheat to receive the dungeon map. The door in front of you will also be open. Enter the
door. Defeat the Deku Baba in front of you. Now look to your left. You will see a gray circle above a
doorway. Hookshot onto the circle to get to the doorway. Walk into the doorway and press the button.
You will see the water level in the well lower. Jump down from the doorway and walk to the well. Climb
down to the bottom of the well. Follow the pathway inside until you come to a small chest. Open the chest
to receive yet another small key. There are some vines climbing up the wall behind the chest. Climb up the
vines to get out of the well. Walk down the pathway to your left until you come to some steps and a door
on your right. Enter the door. You will be back in the main room. There is a door strait across the room
from the entrance to the temple. Climb up the ledge and stairway to the door. Enter the door. Defeat the
enemy and go to the door that is strait across the room. Enter the door. Defeat the Stalfos and a small
chest will appear. Open the chest to receive a small key. Now exit through the door you came from and go
back to the main room. There is a locked door on the right side of the room. Climb up the ledge and go to
the door. Enter the door. (You can do this because you have a small key that will unlock it) Walk down
the hall but be careful because there is a Skulltula on the ceiling. Now walk to the door at the end of the
hall. Enter the door. Notice strait across the room there is a ladder going up a ledge. Walk across the
room to the ladder. Climb the ladder. Now there will be another ladder to your right. Climb the ladder.
Now look to your left and you will see a doorway. Go through the doorway. Walk down the hall until you
come to a doorway on your left. Walk into the doorway and you will see a large, green block. Pull the
block toward you as far as you can. Now walk around to the other side of the block and push it until it hits
the wall. Now through the hallway behind you. When you get out, walk to the right until you see a
doorway on your right. Go through the doorway and you will see the large, green block again. Push it
forward as far as it will go. Now walk back to the doorway where you originally saw the green block. On
the right side of the hallway you will see a ladder. Climb the ladder. Walk down the hall until you come to
a doorway. Go through the doorway and then walk to your right until you come to a doorway on your
right. Walk into the doorway and you will see a large, pink block. Push the block forward as far as it will
go. Now walk back to the place where you left the green block. Climb on top of the block and then climb
up the ledge in front of you. Walk down the pathway to your right until you come to a ladder. Climb the
ladder. You will come to a room with a locked door on the other side and an eye above the door. Enter the
door. You will be in a twisted corridor. Walk down the hall and go through the doorway at the end of it.
Now climb on top of the ledge to your right. Look to your right. You will see a surface with a locked door
on it. Jump to the surface and go to the door. Enter the door. You will now see a staircase to your left.
Walk all the way down the staircase and you will come to a door. Enter the door. You will be in a room
with a large hole in the floor and a Stalfos running around. Defeat the Stalfos and the hole will close. Two
more Stalfos will now appear. Defeat them to make a large chest appear in the middle of the room. Open
the chest to receive the Fairy Bow. Now exit through the door you came from. Notice the three different
picture frames in various places above the stairs. Shoot the one with the picture of Joelle the Poe in it with
your bow. The frame will disappear and Joelle will now appear in a different frame. Shoot the two
remaining frames when Joelle appears in them. Joelle will now appear and float down to the bottom of the
stairs. Defeat her by shooting her with your bow when she appears. After you defeat Joelle, she will light
the torch next to the door and a small chest will appear. Open the chest to receive a small key. Walk to the
door beside the torch. Enter the door. Walk to the door directly across the room. Enter the door. You will
be in a room with a staircase similar to the last one and picture frames like the ones you saw previously.
Shoot the picture frames when the picture of Beth the Poe appears in them. Follow Beth to the bottom of
the stairs and defeat her like you defeated Joelle. She will light the torch next to the door and a large chest
will appear. Open the chest to receive the compass. Now exit from the door you came from. (The door
beside the torch) Keep walking out until you come out of the twisted corridor and you will see the eye
above the door. Shoot the eye with your bow and the twisted corridor will straiten out. Enter the door.
Walk through the hall and out the doorway at the end. Jump down off of the ledge but be careful not to fall
into the hole in the floor. You will see a blue and gold chest in front of you. Open the chest to receive the
boss key. Now jump into the hole in the floor. Defeat the enemies in the room and the door at the top of
the steps will open. Walk up the steps to the door. Enter the door. Walk down the path to your left until
you come to a door at the end of the path. Look to your right and you will see another door. Enter the
door. Defeat the Floormaster to make a small chest appear. Open it to receive a small key. Now exit
through the door you came from. Walk to your right until you come to a door. Enter the door. You will
come back out in the room that you went through to get to the blocks originally. Jump down and go to the
ladder on your right. Climb the ladder. Go this way back to the room with the eye above the door to the
twisted corridor. When you get there, shoot the eye again to retwist the corridor. Enter the door. Walk
through the hallway and through the doorway. Jump over to the door on the right like you did before.
Enter the door. Walk down all the stairs to the door. Enter the door. Walk across the room to the door.
Enter the door. Walk up all of the stairs until you come to a door. Enter the door. Now jump down off of
the ledge and you will see a ladder to your right. Climb the ladder. Go through the doorway in front of you
and you will be in a hallway with a couple enemies in it. There is a locked door at the end of the hall.
Walk past the enemies to the door. Enter the door. You will be in a room with four moving platforms in it
and another surface to the right of them. There is an eye above the surface, but notice how it is covered
with ice. The easiest way to defrost the eye is to stand next to it and use Din's Fire. If you don't have Din's
Fire, then you have to do as follows: Jump onto one of the moving platforms. Now select your bow and
get ready to shoot by holding down the C that your bow is on. Wait until the platform you are standing on
moves to where the torch in the middle of the room is directly between you and the eye. Now shoot your
arrow through the fire and towards the eye. If you do this correctly, your arrow will catch on fire and hit
the eye. When you hit the eye, the hallway that you came from will be twisted. Exit through the door you
came from. Walk down the hall you came from until you walk through the doorway. Jump down from the
ledge onto the floor. You will see a hole in the floor. Jump into the hole. You will be in a room with a
tiled floor that looks like a giant chess board. You have to try to get to the other side of the room when the
ceiling falls down. To do this you have to stand under one of the holes in the ceiling so when it falls you
won't get smashed. You first need to get to the button on the right side of the room. Now you need to get
to the chest in the middle of the floor. Open the chest to receive a bundle of arrows. Now walk to the end
of the room. Enter the door. You will be in a room where you will see a large picture on the wall. Shoot
the picture on the wall with your bow to make several blocks fall down in front of you. Try to move the
block puzzle to match the picture on the wall. If you run out of time you will have to start the puzzle over
again. After you correctly completed the puzzle, Amy the Poe will appear. Defeat her like the last ones.
When you defeat her the torch by the door will light and the door will open. Enter the door. You will be in
a hallway with a door on the other end. Defeat the Skulltula and go to the door. Enter the door. You will
be back in the main room. Walk down to the center of the room where the torches are. Defeat Meg the Poe
by shooting arrows at the imposters until you hit the real Meg. After you defeat Meg, the square in the
middle of the room will rise to reveal an elevator. Step into it and ride down to the bottom floor. You will
be in a colorful room with big, cement blocks sticking out of the wall. Stand on the right side of one of
them and push it until it starts to move. After the wall stops moving, you will see two small holes in the
wall. One is empty, but the other contains a button. Press the button. Now go back and push on the right
side of one of the cement blocks. After the movement has stopped, it will again reveal two more holes in
the wall. Again, one will be empty and the other contains a button. Press the button. Now go and push the
right side of one of the cement things again. This time two holes will be revealed and one will be empty,
but the other contains a Skulltula and a small chest. After defeating the Skulltula, open the chest to receive
a bundle of arrows. Now push the right side of one of the cement things again. Two more holes will be
revealed. One contains a button, and the other is barred over with the boss door behind it. Go into the hole
with the button and press the button. The bars will now lift off of the other hole. Go through the hole and
walk to the boss door. The door has a strange lock on it, but you can open it now because you have the
boss key. Enter the door. Now walk forward and then up the stairs to your right. You will come to a
circle that is roped of around the outside of it. Notice that there are several paintings around it. Walk
around the circle a little and then try to walk out of it the way you came. Bars will lift up in front of you
and Phantom Ganon will appear. See boss strategy guide on site to learn how to defeat Phantom Ganon.
